We have a refund policy for DAMAGED or DIFFERENT VARIANT products.
If customer receives a damaged item or a wrong size variant or color variant, user is eligible for refund.
We started printing some T shirts only after getting the order. So we are NOT PROMOTING EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS.
What items are returnable?
You SHOULD SEND THE REFUND REQUEST WITHIN 5 DAYS of receipt of your shipment. No return/refund request will be accepted after 5 days from the date of delivery. And product should meet the below conditions.
They must be in original condition
For clothing, it should be unwashed and unworn
In the original packaging
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Once we received your Refund request, sometimes we will arrange a pick up for collecting the product from you. You may have to send us the clear video or picture of the damaged item.
Once it is approved all refunds will be credited back to your initial form of payment.
